The company

A young company, fifteen years of major sites

Nide Works is a structural works and construction company based in Braine-l'Alleud, active across Belgium.

The founder

Ivan Simeonov, founder and managing director

A graduate of the ULB and the Solvay Brussels School, Ivan Simeonov spent more than fifteen years on site before founding Nide Works: structural works and precast concrete, on references such as the Provinciehuis in Antwerp (Denys–Democo), the Yara tank in Tertre (BESIX), the railway bridge in Denderleeuw (BAM) and Namur station (Franki).

Day to day, he is present in the field: he coordinates the crews and personally follows up on commitments made, deadlines and every contact — from the bill of quantities to handover. Clients have one direct point of contact who knows their file.

Business development & estimating

Jean-Marie De Taeye, Business Development & Estimating Director

As an independent partner through ORA Belgium, Jean-Marie strengthens commercial management and estimating. He serves as the Dutch-speaking point of contact, prepares price calculations and proposals with Ivan Simeonov, and helps select qualified subcontractors, particularly for masonry. Final prices, proposals and contractual commitments remain subject to approval by Nide Works management.

Our commitments

Major-site discipline, on every project

Paperwork rigour

LIMOSA, Check-in at Work, detailed bills of quantities and daywork sheets: every file in order, from day one to handover.

Safety first

The safety standards of BESIX, BAM or Jan De Nul sites, applied whatever the size of the project.

Brands & partners

We work with Hilti, Xella (sand-lime blocks) and other leading industry brands.

Deadlines met

A realistic schedule, clear coordination and commitments kept — including continuous work when the site requires it.

Operational capacity

Deployable capacity, in numbers we can stand behind

We only publish capacity we can actually deliver. The workforce actually mobilised follows the phasing and needs of each package.

  • Up to three sites in parallel — can be mobilised simultaneously depending on the period.
  • Up to around twenty people on a single site — depending on the phase and the package's needs, without automatically multiplying that across all three sites at once.
  • Team leaders on site — every crew is supervised in the field by an identified team leader.
  • Crane operators, steel fixers, formworkers and masons — the structural trades covered in-house.
  • All of Belgium — nationwide coverage, multilingual field coordination.
  • Extended working hours can be arranged — when the site requires it, in strict compliance with Belgian law: rest periods, breaks and the construction sector rules (joint committee 124).

Data valid as of 3 August 2026, validated by Ivan Simeonov, founder and managing director — updated whenever the situation changes significantly.
