Four steps, from the enquiry to the work record

Review the dossier
Drawings and revisions, quantities, specifications, location and deadline: identify useful information and points to clarify.

Define the package
Activities, exclusions, supplies, equipment and pricing basis are set out in the quotation and order.
- 03
Prepare execution
Agree sequencing, access, deliveries, inspections and coordination with the other parties.

Document and validate
Record progress and changes, then submit work for the approval specified in the contract.
Scope and pricing are two separate decisions.
Supply and installation to be assessed
A wider scope requires a specific technical and commercial assessment. It is confirmed only in an accepted quotation.
Measured quantities, lump sum or time-based pricing
Labour can be quoted at unit rates. The pricing basis defines how work is valued; it does not, on its own, determine who supplies the materials or equipment.
Responsibilities to clarify before mobilisation
For each point, agree the allocation between Nide Works, the general contractor and other parties. Responsibilities follow the package's contract documents.

Clear records. Deviations addressed.
Follow-up relies on site documents: agreed drawings, recorded quantities, useful photographs and work sheets. Scope changes are raised and their treatment agreed before they become additional work.
